Lily and Rose live on Turtleclops Mountain in Crater Lake. Lily is Rose's little baby girl. They're part of a large and happy family. Today Rose is telling Lily her favorite story, the one about Turtleclops Mountain and the rich family history of the Turtleclopses.
Once upon a time, thousands of years ago, Turtleclops mountain was an active volcano and used to be known as Lava Peak by the then residents of Monsterville. Then one day it became dormant and as the centuries went by the cyclopses forgot all about the eruptions.
Ms. Daisy Turtleclops, Lily's great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandmother, was an adventurous young lady of those times and she decided to be the first monster to scale Lava Peak and touch the summit.
She embarked on her quest along with a group of loved ones and loyal friends. After 3 months of relentless hiking, they reached the very top of the mountain. And there they discovered a beautiful lake inside the large crater of the ancient volcano. It was the most magnificent sight they had ever beheld. Ms. Daisy Turtleclops (and the rest of the group) fell absolutely in love with the place and never wanted to leave. So they decided to make Crater Lake their home. And that's how Turtleclops Mountain got its name.
Lily loves to hear this story from her mom over and over again. She is extremely proud of her Turtleclops heritage. When she grows up, Lily wants to be an adventurer just like her great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandma Daisy. And she says that no matter where she goes she'll always take her mother with her. Rose smiles at her daughter with pride.

A gorgeous, earthy necklace featuring a highly detailed Turtle charm, a 15mm Azurite-Chryscolla bead in a fabulous aqua color (with flashes of black) and matching blue-green Swarovski crystals all wrapped in solid copper wire and hung on a fabulous solid copper rollo chain. The necklace is finished with a beautiful solid copper toggle clasp. I placed the toggle clasp so it locks in front, right above the pendant.

These earrings feature exquisite 15mm Azurite-Chryscolla beads in a fabulous blue-green color with flashes of black and matching sparkling Swarovski crystal beads along with sterling and fine silver components and wire.
I put the necklace through an antiquing rainbow patina process to add depth to the designs and hand polished it to bring out the details. The flashes of fabulous colors can be seen when the light hits the pendant at different angles.

The pendant features an amethyst charm and a high quality TierraCast (exceptional quality copper plated over culinary grade lead free pewter) Goddess charm. Hung on a fabulous solid copper rollo chain and finished with a beautiful solid copper toggle clasp. I placed the toggle clasp so it locks in front, right above the pendant.
Makes a soft jingly noise when the charms hit each other.
